Meet our Team
Shawn Torgeson
Realtor® and Property Manager
With over 12 years of Property Management experience, Shawn provides a hands-on approach to managing your home. Including 24/7 concierge services to owners/tenants, after hours emergency care, and weekly property checks at vacant listings. Shawn can assure you that he will treat your home as if it were his own as he also is a property owner that uses a remote property management company in another state to assist him. He “get’s it”.
Below freezing temperatures predicted? No need to worry, Shawn will be there to check on your home before AND after to ensure your home is properly protected.
As a retired United States Marine, proper and efficient service and communication is of the utmost priority to him. Shawn will keep you informed on any work orders requested by the tenants, provide advance notice of carpet replacement or painting requirements for future budgeting, and will ensure that you receive a monthly owners statement.
Shawn also performs thorough lease renewal inspections, which include a formal inspection report with 200-300 date stamped pictures.

Known for his straightforward approach, strong negotiation skills, and business-minded strategy, Mike combines local market knowledge with modern marketing and technology to provide high-quality results and strategic guidance designed to protect our bottom line, and that of our clients. As a leader within the brokerage, he is actively involved in agent development, company growth, and creating innovative systems that better serve clients across North Florida and Coastal Georgia.

Coastal Georgia brings a detail oriented, communications based, client-focused approach to residential property management. With a strong understanding of landlord/tenant relations, leasing operations, and asset performance, Frank is committed to protecting property investments while delivering exceptional service to both property owners and tenants alike. Frank specializes in the day-to-day property operations, tenant screening, leasing coordination, rent collection, maintenance oversight, and compliance with local and state regulations. Known for proactive problem solving, he works diligently to maximize occupancy, control costs, and maintain properties at a high standard. As part of Iron Valley Real Estate’s mission, Frank values community, integrity, transparency, and long-term relationships. Outside of work, Tiffany loves traveling with her husband Jeremy and spending quality time with her family.
